The tours that are featured on our website can depart with a minimum of 2 people.

Packages are either Guided Tours or Independent Programs. Guided Tours are normally conducted by a professional, certified guide who takes care of all services from beginning to end of the tour. The tours normally include flights, hotels, transportation, meals, sightseeing and transfers to the airport/hotel. Guided tours are typically conducted by coach. They can be fast-paced, with no more than 2 nights spent in each location. Independent programs are where we arrange all services for you including all transfers, transportation and accommodation. Transportation are by public means (flights/coaches) and transfers are be made by minibus or car. Our drivers will meet and transfer you to the hotel, port or airport at each location you visit. You will join the local daily group tours at each destination. You can also opt to have exclusive private tours for your guests.

  • Price lists available correspond with the nationality of the guest.
  • Cruise includes all meals and entertainment while on board.
  • Cruise price does not include shore excursion, these are at an extra cost.
  • The cruise company reserves the right to change the itinerary at any time.
  • The cruise company also reserves the right to change the ship at any time during the season.
  • These changes are made with little to no notice and you should include this information when communicating with your client.

Any clients that have special requests such as vegetarians or people who require non smoking rooms should me mentioned upon booking so that persons necessary can be notified.

Remember, our specialty is to create customized programs. If you or your client has any individual requests, please contact us and one of our travel specialists will design an itinerary and provide the quote to you. The quote given to you will be our NET price/offer.

  • Does Deluxe Travels have family trips?

                Yes, we offer a wide range of family vacations and adventure trips all over the world. We have set the minimum age limit for all the adventure activities. For the majority of our trips the minimum age is 15. An adult must accompany all children under the age of 18.

  • Number of people on my trip?

                We keep our group sizes to a minimum of 25-30 people, by doing this we ensure that you enjoy your tour to the fullest and get the maximum advantage by connecting with other people and getting to know about them and their cultures.

  • Can I do only a part of the trip?

                Yes, although you won’t get any refund for the unused portion of the trip, you can opt out of the trip in case of emergency if you need to leave a day or so earlier. We would be grateful if you let us know your choice before you join the trip, as this will help us to notify our team.

  • Can I make any changes to the itinerary of my group trip, either before or during the trip?

                No, Please make sure you are satisfied and happy with the people in the group because we will be unable to change them for each individual travelers. However, if you are a bunch of family and friends travelling together and you would like us to design your own personalized itinerary; we can customize your package based on your requirements.   • Can I add an extra night on the beginning or end of my group trip, either before or during the trip?

                Yes, You can. Just ask our travel executive at the time of booking.

  • Can I travel alone? Will I be charged a single occupancy?

                Yes, you definitely can travel alone and can share your experiences with other like-minded travelers. As a solo traveler, you will usually have the choice of either paying a single occupancy or sharing with someone of the same gender.

BEFORE YOU GO

  • Validity of Passports?

The individual passports should be valid for more than 6 Months before the expiry date of the passport. Please check the validity of your passports to enable us to book your flight tickets and your tour itinerary.

  • How do I organize my Visa?

 Our experts help organize your application of visas for most of the major countries. There are many countries around the globe which enable visas on arrival too. Just ask our travel expert for more details.

  • Should I Buy an Overseas Travel Insurance?

Planning to visit abroad for a vacation or for business meetings? Worried about ill-health and non-medical emergencies? Just choose your travel insurance and travel worry-free.

What is the currency in my destination? How much should I take in credit cards/cash? Can I use my credit card during my trip?

Credit Cards like Visa / Master card are widely accepted in major countries. Visa cards are more widely accepted than Master card, particularly in Cuba where only Visa cards are accepted. It is also a good idea to travel with a credit card and ATM card, or a bank issued ‘cash card’ specifically for travel. Just ask our travel expert for the details of denominations of the currency based on which country you are travelling.

What details do I need to confirm my trip?

Full name as it appears on their passport, Passport number and expiry date, Nationality, Full mailing address, Date of birth, Occupation, Emergency contact name and phone number, Details regarding any medical or dietary requirements.

Do I need to carry all the Hotel Vouchers for my trip?

Yes, it is advisable to carry all the Hotel Vouchers of each destinations and cities as the same needs to be produced at the time of check in. Please note that your Photo Identification document is mandatory at the time of check in in the hotel/resort or apartment for security reasons. However there are few cities within India where producing only confirmation number at the time of check in is sufficient.

You should arrive at the airport a minimum of 1½ hours prior to departure. We strongly recommend reconfirming your flight time 24 hours prior to departure, for both origin and destination flights.

ONCE YOU REACH

What’s the check in time at my arrival hotel?

                Check-in times are different in different countries and cities. It can vary from hotel to hotel. Generally, they are between midday and 2pm. If you do arrive earlier, you’ll be able to store your luggage with the hotel and head out to explore for a couple of hours.

Can I request an early check-in?

                We can’t confirm an early check-in, but our sales team can assist in booking you a night of pre accommodation at the same hotel. If you don’t wish             to pay for the extra night, you can try your luck locally (they may let you in early if the room is free) or you can store your luggage.

What standard of accommodation should I expect?

The standard of accommodation depends on the room category and the category of hotels chosen by you at the time of booking.We want our passengers to be as comfortable as possible so when you are headed to a hot climate, it is likely that you will either have a fan or air-conditioned room. Of course, if you are staying in remote areas or at home stays, you will need to expect the facilities to be a little more   basic.

Is tipping commonplace in other parts of the world?

Yes, in most cities and places, like restaurants or with local guide tipping is expected. You can always inquire from our travel experts at the time of booking and they will be glad to advice you.

At the end of your trip, if you’re happy with the service you received, providing a tip for the leader – though not compulsory – is appropriate.       While it may not be customary to you, it’s of great significance to the people who will take care of you during your travels, inspires excellent service, and is an entrenched feature of the tourism industry across many destinations.

Most travel insurance plans cover trip cancellation, interruption or delays, medical, dental, emergency medical transportation, lost luggage, missed connection, itinerary change, accidental death, and financial default of airlines, cruise lines and tour operators.

What methods of payment do you accept?

Acceptable forms of payment include: Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We also accept payments via Bank Transfer, Online Remittance and Cheques. However confirmations will be given to you after we receive the initial deposit payment.

Q: How much deposit is required? When do I pay the balance?

A: We require a 30% balance payment to secure the reservations. The remaining balance of 70% is due 45 days prior to the departure date of the program.

If we receive a written and signed cancellation notification before departure, we can accept the cancellation and the following charges apply:

  • CANCELLATION CHARGES FOR LAND PACKAGES: Prior to departure: Charge

60 days or more: 10% of selling price (Administrative Fee)

59-46 days: 30% of selling price

45-8 days: 50% of selling price

7-0 days: 100% of selling price

Cruise bookings are entirely non-refundable once booked.
